Do I need to create an account?

Only at the point of checkout! Simply browse our website, select the item you want to purchase, choose your size from the drop down box and add it to your basket. Once you've added all the items to your basket, click on 'View your basket' then continue to the checkout. If you're purchasing items in a promotion, remember to enter the code before checkout stage.

 

Can I pay with a debit card?

Yes, you can use your debit card under the credit card option.

 

How will I know if my order has been dispatched?

After you've placed your order, we allow 24 hours to process it. If, for any reason the order is delayed, we will aim to contact you within 24 hours. (Please note, the processing time may take longer during sale periods.) As soon as we've dispatched your order, we'll send you an e-mail with the dispatch reference included. If you do not receive this, please contact us using our Online Customer Contact Form.

 

My item is faulty

We apologise if your item is faulty. Please view our returns policy and email the details using our Online Customer Contact Form. Remember to state if you would like a refund or a replacement.

 

Part of my order is missing

Although we always try to dispatch all items together, there are times where we may need to post them separately. Please contact our Customer Service team and we will look into this issue. Either email customerservice@fashionlingerie.co.uk or call 017 08 52 5000 (Mon-Fri 9:30am-5:30pm).

 

My size isn't available online

Our stock levels are updated every day, so do keep checking the website. Alternatively, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance on contact form or send us an email to customerservice@fashionlingerie.co.uk.
